Once Upon a Wedding​​​

My name is Rosa Hixon. I am the owner of Once Upon a Wedding. I have been a licensed Cosmetologist for 19 years. Ever since I was a little girl, my dream has been to work with hair. Even as a child I did not play with barbies in the traditional way. I would style their hair. I promised my grandmother before her passing that I would pursue a career in making people feel good about themselves through Cosmetology. Bridal hair has became a passion for me, as I get to work with brides on the most important day of their lives. Being apart of their special day is a privilege and an honor.
